LEED V4 Gold on a LEED Silver Budget

We are proud to announce that Finneytown's Elementary School is officially LEED V4 Gold Certified! This is OFCC's FIRST LEED V4 Gold building. EVER. Better yet, we achieved this certification on LEED Silver budget. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you all. Cheers!

We were inspired by all the speakers, but especially Bill Reed whose book, The Integrative Design Guide, has shaped a lot of our process. We love advancing the Cincinnati Art Museum (CAM)! Our team has been hard at work transforming this wing into a community-centered, elegant space. The ground level will be closed when the nearly year-long project begins September 1. Stay tuned for more updates on the construction process!
