Project Manager
The ideal candidate serves as the primary point of contact throughout the project’s duration, providing strong leadership and guidance from planning through closeout. The project manager coordinates internal teams and external subconsultants to ensure everyone is aligned with the client’s goals, which includes balancing expectations, anticipating challenges, and implementing effective solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build trust and empower the team to fulfill our clients’ top project priorities, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Registered Project Architect
The ideal candidate will lead the client, project staff, and subconsultants during design development, construction documents, and construction phases in a collaborative team setting. Likewise, this role shares thoughtful and technical insight to the client and design team during programming, concept, and schematic phases.
Interior Designer
The ideal Interior Designer translates our clients’ functional, aesthetic, and technical goals into detailed and cohesive design concepts and solutions. Key responsibilities include programming and the development of space plans, finish and material selections, and furniture concepts that align with the project’s goals and budget. This role requires a highly collaborative, proactive, and client-focused designer with strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills. Prior experience is required; familiarity with BIM/Revit and NCIDQ Certification is highly preferred.
Marketing Coordinator
The ideal Marketing Coordinator thrives on creativity, details, and collaboration. Crafting standout proposals and polished marketing materials that stay true to our brand is key to this role. Strong communication and time management skills are a must; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and in the AEC industry is preferred.
