Pepper Construction's NET ZERO Open House

Pepper Construction hosted community members and some of the design team over for drinks in their new headquarters. This building is not only highly sustainable but beautiful. With open space, exposed brick, and plentiful natural light, it is a great place to gather. Thank you for partnering with us, Pepper!

2030 ENERGY IMPACT AWARD

This historic building sat vacant in Lockland, OH for 25 years before Pepper Construction, emersion DESIGN LLC, and CMTA investigated sustainable design strategies. This space will be transformed into Pepper Construction's Headquarters. It is on track for Zero Energy and Zero Carbon office space. We could not be more excited about a project!
