CTI is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) providing therapeutic expertise to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry across a range of services including clinical trials, drug & devices development, medical education, healthcare communication, early phase development, and health outcomes research.

The project includes 35,000 sf of laboratory, office, and supporting facilities that will serve as a prototype for future CTI growth and begin to establish standard laboratory requirements and practice. In addition to the functional project requirements the facility will reinforce the CTI brand and provide an opportunity to showcase CTI’s professional laboratory operations. The design and facility build-out is structured to accommodate the immediate clinical demand and provide utility for future growth within a facility designed for flexibility to accommodate future clinical program client demand. When build out and operations are at full capacity the facility will accommodate 70 personnel.

Laboratories will support CTI’s growing practice providing client clinical trials and consulting for medications and devices. Work requires storage of tested materials within refrigeration or freezer units (bio repository storage). Laboratory functional program requirements include a main automated Instrumentation lab (Safety Testing) & general testing lab, cellular analysis lab, molecular (DNA/RNA) lab, bio analysis lab, accessioning room (sample receiving and processing area), bio repository sample storage area (Refrigerators & Freezers), dishwashing and autoclave room, lab “touch-down” / office space, and kit building.
