"We interviewed several architecture firms, and emersion quickly rose to the top. From the very beginning, emersion partnered with us well, always demonstrating professionalism, strong customer service and timeliness. Our project was large, at times ill-defined, and on a very aggressive time schedule. emersion took it all in stride, ultimately delivering top-notch work that exceeded expectations, on time and on budget. We are really thrilled with the end product... Although I would bet we weren’t emersion’s largest project at the time, they always made us feel like their most important project. In the end, we have been left with a beautiful corporate headquarters that we can’t wait to show off to our customers, friends and families." - Harriet Meehan, VP of Strategy, Apex Supply Chain Technologies
Apex, a supply chain company, relocated their headquarters in Mason, Ohio due to experiencing rapid growth. In Phase One, the design and construction was “fast-tracked” to allow for some employees to move into the building as soon as possible. A mix of closed offices and open workstations were allocated throughout the complex. A series of informal gathering spaces as well as extensive break areas help provide collaboration and company-wide interactive spaces.
Phase Two involved the Customer Experience Center (CX) consisting of selective exterior work and building signage, lobby messaging and security, employee cafeteria, and area immediately adjacent to existing conference areas located off the lobby on the first floor. emersion DESIGN partnered with White Design for environmental graphic design.
