muntz hall academic building

As the primary academic building on the University of Cincinnati’s Blue Ash Campus, Muntz Hall is a 136,566-sf building containing classrooms, faculty offices, and student support spaces. The master plan (also completed by emersion DESIGN) outlined a multi-year, multi-phased project that allows the building to remain occupied and functional while under construction. The design fully adheres to current academic and University standards providing an integrated learning and collaborative environment that encompasses active and traditional classrooms and laboratories, student academic offices, an open lounge, several formal and informal meeting spaces, student life areas, and a multi-functional open atrium. In addition to the extensive interior renovations, there are improvements to the exterior envelope and replacement of all MEP systems.
