Enriching Spaces is a furniture dealer and interior design firm that recognized the importance of providing a healthy environment for their dedicated staff. The Owner and our design team mapped out a phased, WELL Platinum strategy, which included drafting company policies and guidelines focused on the environment and healthy, sustainable food choices. Concepts, features, and optimizations of the project include air quality testing and improvements, water quality testing and improvements, and light testing and improvements. All renovations occurred while the building was occupied in this design-build delivery method. emersion DESIGN was on hands during the final testing period and achieved WELL Platinum Certification.
