technology complex
The Information Technology Complex (ITC) is an internationally recognized center of excellence at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The ITC was part of a master plan that envisioned a 530,000 sf, multi-building campus approach. It was constructed in five phases and arranged around a landscaped courtyard, joined by a curving circulation spine. The $25 million Phase I provides 97,000 sf of state-of-the-art computing, collaborative modeling, and simulation environments to enhance weapon system life-cycle acquisition and support capabilities. Phase I integrates leading edge simulation facilities with the supercomputing resources required to drive them. It consolidates critical classified computing and workspaces for modeling, simulation, analysis and design for the ASC Capability Integration Directorate (SIMAF) and Air Force Research Laboratory Major Shared Resource Center (AFRL MSRC).
