work from park concept
Clermont County residents are increasingly seeking flexible, engaging alternatives to traditional workplaces. In response, the Clermont County Park District partnered with emersion DESIGN to create a “Work from Park” concept for a newly acquired portion of the Grailville property in Loveland, Ohio. Designed as part of a competition to secure future grant funding, the proposal integrates work, recreation, and nature through a series of sustainably designed work pods nestled within the landscape. Inspired by the site’s history and ecology, the pods offer varying levels of privacy, Wi-Fi, power, and furnishings while embracing the philosophy of “Small Buildings with Big Impact and Zero Footprint.” The concept also includes an observation deck, natural playscape, and supporting amenities, creating a unique destination where residents can work, connect, and enjoy the outdoors.
